1. Click the link and login your jagex account to get into the Account management page.

2. Enable the Security codes via authenticator app(strongly recommended google authenticator or Microsoft authenticator)

3. Once you enable the Security codes via authenticator app, you will get 10 backup codes. Download Codes and keep them safe.You also need to confirm the selection “I have kept my backup codes in a safe place” and click the Finish button(this button should be grayed out and non-clickable till you confirm that selection)

All backup codes were one time used only. If your previous codes has been used, please make sure you click the “replace” button and provide us a new set of backup codes.
